Q&A
1.What are the difference between Wehere locks?

M300 & M510 are suitable for standard US locks (do not change cylinders)
M500 & M521 are suitable for standard EU locks ( change cylinders )
M530 are for EU locks, and some Iseral locks(do not change cylinder).

You need to watch our video to see if your lock can be replaced with M530.
Please send pictures of your lock and lock cylinders before placing orders if you are not sure.

2. M521 need to replace the entire lock body or part?
M521 replace cylinders to turn the original lock to a smart lock.

3. How to use accessories?
Each of our accessories, F100 (Fingerprint), F101 (Keypad) has a separate product link, you can watch how to use the following link, you can also purchase accessories separately.

4. How long can the battery last?
About half a year normally(M520), Stronger Motor version lock's(M521) strength is twice and battery consumes twice as well.

5. Is it possible to open the lock from any place with internet using wifi function?
Yes

6. What battery this needs?
The lock needs 3pieces CR123A battery(not include in the package).

7.Can the cylinder close automatically?
You need to set in Wehere app to close in certain time(for example, 10 seconds after opening the lock)

3) If your lock has 3 lock tongues or very strong lock tongues, please use the strong motor verison. 

4)The strong motor version use more battery, can last for about 3 months, orginal battery last for 6 months
